OPERATING PRINCIPLE

The lever on the machine is pulled towards you and the bread is placed in the opened compartment. The bread is sliced by slowly releasing the lever in a controlled manner, and the machine completes its operation. The sliced bread is bagged using the bagging tray.

NEVER SLICE HOT BREAD.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Remove the plastic drawer and empty the crumbs. The machine requires no maintenance other than daily cleaning.
