Slices can be produced in any thickness from 7 mm and up. The machine features a bag-holding hook. Equipped with Mataş’s specially manufactured blades for long-lasting use. Manufactured to CE standards. Comes with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing and assembly defects.

OPERATING PRINCIPLE

Pull the lever on the machine toward you and place the bread into the open chamber. Slowly release the lever to slice the bread, and the machine completes the operation. The sliced bread is bagged using the bagging tray.

DO NOT SLICE HOT BREAD UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

The plastic drawer is removed to empty out crumbs. The machine requires no maintenance other than daily cleaning.
