GENERAL FEATURES

This is a standard bread slicing machine model. It complements the decor with color options suitable for retail displays. It ensures bread is sliced quickly and symmetrically. It slices any loaf weighing up to 1.5 kg without requiring any adjustments. Slices can be produced in desired thicknesses of 8 mm and above. The standard slice thickness is 16–18 mm. Surfaces in contact with the bread are made of 304-grade stainless steel, posing no health risks. It is easy to move due to its wheels. The machine includes a bag-holding hook. It ensures long-term use with Mataş’s specially manufactured blades. It comes with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing and assembly defects. In addition to bread, we produce machines capable of cutting to length and width for special items such as Islama köfte, pestil, cezerye, helva, apple, orange, pumpkin dessert, siron, kelle-paça, chicken, burgers, and homemade soaps.

OPERATING PRINCIPLE

Pull the lever on the machine toward you and place the bread into the open hopper. Slowly release the lever to slice the bread, and the machine completes the process. The sliced bread is then bagged using the bagging attachment.

DO NOT SLICE HOT BREAD UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

The machine requires no maintenance other than daily cleaning. The crumb tray is removed, the crumbs are emptied, and the tray is replaced.
