GENERAL FEATURES
This is a standard bread slicing machine model. It complements the decor with color options suitable for retail displays. It ensures bread is sliced quickly and symmetrically. It slices any loaf weighing up to 4 kg without requiring any adjustments. It can be manufactured in custom sizes of 8 mm and above. The standard size is 16–18 mm. The surfaces in contact with the bread are made of 304-grade stainless steel, posing no health risks. It is easy to move due to its wheels. The machine features a bag-holding hook. It ensures long-term use with Mataş’s specially manufactured blades. It comes with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing and assembly defects. In addition to bread, we produce machines capable of cutting various items to specific dimensions, including: Islama köfte, pestil, cezerye, helva, apple, orange, pumpkin dessert, siron, kelle-paça, chicken, burgers, and homemade soaps.
OPERATING PRINCIPLE
Pull the lever on the machine toward you and place the bread into the open hopper. Slowly release the lever to slice the bread, and the machine completes the process. The sliced bread is then bagged using the bagging attachment.
DO NOT SLICE HOT BREAD UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
The machine requires no maintenance other than daily cleaning. The crumb tray is removed, the crumbs are emptied, and the tray is replaced.
