GENERAL FEATURES

Complements the decor with color options suitable for the sales counter. Ensures bread is sliced quickly and symmetrically. Slices any loaf weighing up to 2.5 kg without requiring adjustment. The automatic sensor system allows the operator to use the machine comfortably. It does not tire the user. It is manufactured with a standard thickness of 16–18 mm. Custom sizes of 8 mm and above are available upon request. The blades, specially manufactured by Mataş, ensure long-term durability. Surfaces in contact with the bread are made of 304-grade stainless steel, posing no health risks. The machine features a bag-holding hook. It is easy to move due to its wheels. It comes with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing and assembly defects.

OPERATING PRINCIPLE

It operates with a handle-free and lid-free system. Bread is placed into the sensor-equipped open hopper. When the pusher rail comes into contact with the bread, the cutting slows down, allowing the bread to be sliced without being crushed. The machine stops once the slicing process is complete. The sliced bread is bagged using the bagging attachment.

DO NOT SLICE HOT BREAD UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

The machine requires no maintenance other than daily cleaning. The crumb tray is removed, the crumbs are emptied, and the tray is replaced.
