WORKING PRINCIPLE

The bread is placed on the loading platform and pushed towards the blades. The bread sliced by the blades moves through the belt system towards the packaging area.

TEMİZLİK VE BAKIM

Makine ön gövdesi açılabilir sistemlidir. Makine sol tarafında bulunan kilit açıldıktan sonra ön gövde açılır. İç haznedeki kırıntılar küçük bir fırça ile çekmecenin içine toplanır. Plastik çekmece yerinden çıkarılarak kırıntılar boşaltılır. Makine günlük bakım haricinde bakım gerektirmez.
