GENERAL FEATURES

Spiral-type dough kneading mixer. Minimum 300 g flour, maximum 6 kg flour capacity. Produces up to 10 kg of dough. Suitable for dough with 60% and above water content. Bowl and spiral arm are removable, making cleaning very easy. Speed-controlled operation puts you in control. Bowl and spiral arm are powered by a single motor, so the bowl and spiral rotate together. Bowl and spiral shaft are 304 grade stainless steel with a 16 mm diameter shaft. Countertop design simplifies your work. 2-year warranty against manufacturing and assembly defects.

The safety lid on top of the bowl is switch-controlled — lifting the lid automatically stops kneading for safety reasons. Therefore, the switch must not be tampered with or disabled.
