GENERAL FEATURES

This is a spiral-type dough mixing machine. It can process a minimum of 300 g and a maximum of 6 kg of flour. You can produce up to 10 kg of dough. It is suitable for dough with a water content of 60% or higher. The bowl and spiral arm are removable, making cleaning very easy. With speed-controlled operation, you’re in full control. The bowl and spiral arm are powered by a single motor, ensuring they rotate in unison. The bowl and spiral arm shaft are made of 304-grade stainless steel, with a shaft diameter of 16 mm. Its countertop design simplifies your workflow. The spiral arm comes with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing and assembly defects.

The safety cover on top of the bowl is controlled by a switch; when you lift the cover, the machine automatically stops for safety reasons during mixing. Therefore, the switch must not be tampered with or disabled.
