Water Dosing;

The water amount (L), first time, and second time are saved to memory to create a recipe.

Recipe-based production is performed by assigning the 8 program keys for the next kneading cycle.

Laser Temperature Sensor;

The temperature of the dough is measured in real-time during kneading using a laser temperature sensor.

Control of the dough is ensured by monitoring its temperature on the display panel.

Unique, Ergonomic Design;

The machine’s mixing bowl height is designed to be shorter than that of other machines. This makes it easier to remove the dough.

The mixing bowl is designed to be wide for easy dough removal.
