Depending on the facility’s layout and dimensions, the machine’s operating direction can be easily adjusted by authorized technical service personnel. It is manufactured with CE-certified and high-quality electrical components.

The safety cover on top of the mixing bowl is controlled by a switch; when the cover is lifted, the machine automatically stops for safety reasons. Therefore, the switch must not be tampered with or disabled.
