GENERAL FEATURES

It features dual speed and dual timing settings. During kneading, the bowl can be rotated in a clockwise or counterclockwise direction at the first speed. Once the cycle is complete, the bowl can be rotated without the spiral arm in operation. The bowl and mixing shaft are made of 304-grade stainless steel, and the mixing shaft has a diameter of 50 mm. It has a flour capacity of 15 kg minimum and 150 kg maximum. The spiral arm tapers downward. It presses the dough to the bottom, where it is kneaded. The dough does not strain the machine. It ensures a homogeneous mixture. It absorbs excess water, retains it, and yields a higher product output. Product shelf life is extended. Suitable for dough with a water content of 55% or higher. (Please contact us for water ratios below 55%) The digital control panel ensures ease of use. Since it is not affected by flour dust, the risk of malfunction is low. It is dual-motor driven, with the spiral arm and bowl operated by separate motors. Both automatic and manual operation options are available. You can view the dough temperature in real-time on the display. It operates quietly thanks to the belt-pulley system. Water connection plumbing is included. A water dosing system can be optionally mounted on the mixer. It is easy to clean. It features a 24V control panel. It complies with CE standards. It can be easily moved thanks to its wheels. It comes with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing and assembly defects.

The safety cover on top of the bowl is controlled by a switch; when the cover is lifted, the machine automatically stops for safety reasons during kneading. Therefore, the switch must not be tampered with or disabled.
